Mubasher: The number of sold properties in Qatar hiked 47.2% month-on-month in April 2018, according to the ministry of development planning and statistics’ (MDPS) monthly bulletin issued on Tuesday.
The total number of building permits decreased 7% year-on-year to 662 in the fourth month of 2018.
Meanwhile, total broad money supply (M2) increased 116% year-on-year to around QAR 585.9 billion in April, the ministry's data showed.
In a related note, the data demonstrated a 1.7% year-on-year hike in the gas-rich nation's cash equivalents to QAR 794.3 billion during the same period.
