Mubasher: Real estate transactions in Qatar amounted to QAR 247 billion ($67.85 million) in the week ended 22 March.
The list of property deals consisted of land plots, houses, mixed-use buildings, residential buildings, and residential complexes, according to the Justice Ministry’s weekly bulletin on Wednesday.
Selling deals were in the cities of Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Doha, Al Shamal, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, and Al Wakrah.
Doha acquired the highest value of deals with QAR 87 million, whereas Al Shamal was the lowest with QAR 6 million.
At the level of transactions, Al Rayyan took over 24 deals, followed by Al Khor and Al Dhakira with five transactions each.
