Doha-Mubasher: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed down on Tuesday to hit its third losing session in a row, falling 0.27% or 30.66 points to reach 11,503.66 points.
Al Rayan Islamic index inched down 0.23% to close at 4,373.05 points, whereas QE All Share index levelled down 0.25% to reach 3,053.77 points.
Turnover reached QAR 199.3 million after 5.2 million shares were traded through 3,286 transactions.
The consumer goods and services sector fell 0.99%, followed by the transportation, banking and financial services, and real estate sectors at 0.78%, 0.42% and 0.27%, respectively.
The insurance sector gained 0.97%, followed by the telecom and industrial sectors at 0.07% and 0.03%, respectively.
Qatari German Medical Devices was the worst performer, falling 1.90%, while Doha Insurance Company topped gainers after rising 5.40%.
