Qassim Cement announces lower Q1-26 financial results, nearly SAR 88m dividend payout

Riyadh – Mubasher: Qassim Cement Company logged net profits worth SAR 68.72 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, signaling a 22.45% decline from SAR 88.61 million in Q1-25.

The earnings per share (EPS) retreated to SAR 0.63 in Q1-26 when compared to SAR 0.81 in Q1-25, according to the income statements.

The company generated revenue worth SAR 292.79 million in January-March 2026, which reflected an annual decline of 3.26% from SAR 302.68 million in Q1-25.

On a quarterly basis, the net profits in Q1-26 went down by 0.20% from SAR 68.86 million in Q4-25, while the revenue rose by 0.85% from SAR 290.32 million.

Cash Dividends

The board members of Qassim Cement decided, in their 6 May meeting, to pay out a cash dividend of SAR 0.80 per share for Q1-26.

The cement manufacturer will distribute a total of SAR 87.80 million, equivalent to 8% of the SAR 1.10 billion capital, for 109.76 million eligible shares.

Moreover, the eligibility and payment dates will be 8 and 24 June 2026.

In 2025, Qassim Cement recorded net profits worth SAR 259.93 million and revenue of SAR 1.13 billion. The board also approved a dividend of SAR 0.80 per share for Q4-25.
