Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) main index added 0.04% or 4.35 points, reaching 10,921.34 points in Monday's opening session.
The banks sector increased 0.18%, supported by Qatar National Bank which gained 0.79%, and National Leasing Holding with 1.76% by 09:10am Qatar time.
On the other hand, the industrials sector decreased 0.23%, weighted by Qatar Industrial Manufacturing which fell 0.58%.
Turnover reached QAR 32 million, while traded volume recorded 631,000 shares through 509 transactions.
Barwa Real Estate was the most active company in terms of traded volume and value through exchanging 138,450 shares at a value of QAR 5.6 million.
