Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) opened Monday’s trading at the level of 10,279.7 points after rising by 0.91% or 91.8 points.
Trading volume reached 3.4 million shares exchanged at QAR 105.56 million through 1,564 transactions.
By 10:15am Doha time, the real estate sector grew 1.51% as Ezdan Holding rose 2.17%, while Mazaya Qatar, Down 1.44%, was the worst performing stock.
The industrial sector advanced 0.97% due to an increase of 1.45% in Gulf International, and the banking sector leapt 0.59% as Qatar Oman Investment topped gainers by adding 3%.
Meanwhile, the telecom sector dropped 0.05% due to a 0.30% fall in Ooredoo.
