QSE drops 24 pts at Thursday's close

Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed Thursday’s trading session in red territory, pressured by four sectors.  

The general index fell 24.3 points, or 0.24%, to close the last session of the week at 10,111 points.

The QSE’s trading volume retreated to 9.45 million shares on Thursday, from 11.5 million in the previous session, while turnover grew to QAR 337.3 million, against QAR 278.5 million on Wednesday.

The industrials sector led decliners with 1.06%, followed by the real estate, banking and goods sectors which retreated 0.74%, 0.40% and 0.02%, respectively.
