Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) main index shed 0.18% or 18.25 points to the level of 10,894.51 points at Tuesday's opening session.
The banks sector increased 0.24%, supported by Gulf Investment House which gained 3.02%.
The real estate sector rose 0.44% after Ezdan went up by 0.71%.
Turnover reached QAR 95 million, while traded volume recorded 2.1 million shares through 1,200 transactions.
Qatar Gas Transport Co. was the most active in terms of traded volume through exchanging 866,500 shares while Medicare Group was most active in terms of traded value at QAR 24.6 million.
