QIIB issues QAR 1bn Tier 1 sukuk

Doha – Mubasher: Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) announced on Monday that completion of issuing Tier 1 sukuk worth QAR 1 billion ($275 million).

The bank’s CEO, Abdulbasit AL Shaibei, earlier said that QIIB plans to issue sukuk worth QAR 3 billion during 2016.
