Riyadh – Mubasher: Purity for Information Technology Company (Purity Tech) has been awarded a comprehensive service contract with the Emirate of Al Qassim.
The agreement, valued at approximately SAR 9.25 million, mandates the company to provide essential technical operations, maintenance, and cybersecurity support services over a three-year period.
This announcement, released through a formal disclosure on the Saudi bourse, highlights the company's continued engagement with regional government entities to bolster digital infrastructure and security protocols.
According to the regulatory filing, the contract was officially awarded on 2 July 2026.
The scope of work defined in the disclosure is multifaceted, focusing on the long-term stability and security of the Emirate of Al Qassim’s digital environment.
Purity Tech will be tasked with the operation and maintenance of the Emirate’s existing IT systems, ensuring that the administrative functions of the regional government remain uninterrupted.
A significant portion of the contract is dedicated to cybersecurity support, a critical sector as Saudi Arabian public institutions continue to modernize their digital frameworks and protect sensitive data against evolving threats.
The duration of the project is set for three years, providing a sustained period of technical cooperation between the two parties.
This 36-month timeline suggests a phased approach to system maintenance and the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures designed to meet the specific needs of a high-level administrative body like the Emirate of Al Qassim.
In line with transparency and governance standards required by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul, Purity Tech confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
The absence of related-party interests indicates that the contract was awarded through standard competitive or direct procurement channels, ensuring an arms-length transaction between the technology firm and the government entity.
Last month, Purity Tech moved its primary corporate headquarters within the city of Riyadh, which marked a strategic shift in the company’s physical operations while maintaining its established communication infrastructure for shareholders and clients.
