Kuwait-Mubasher: Privatization Holding will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on 26 July to consider the board’s recommendation of decreasing the capital by 17.4%, according to a bourse statement issued Monday.
The company will discuss shrinking the capital to about KWD 61 million from KWD 73.83 million.
Shareholders will also consider amending the company’s articles of association and statute.
