Riyadh – Mubasher: One private transaction executed on Jabal Omar Development shares on Thursday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) totalled SAR 21.4 million.
The transaction saw the trading of 350,000 shares, at SAR 61 per share, according to a statement to Tadawul.
By 11:48 am KSA time, Jabal Omar Development’s stock rose 0.33% to SAR 66.7, at a value of SAR 3.4 million.
Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
