Cairo – Mubasher: Prime Holding announced a new board structure following the dismissal of the vice chairman and CEO Khaled Rashed from the board of directors.
Mohamed Maher Ali has been named as the new vice chairman and CEO, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
In addition, Khaled Rashed was appointed as a non-executive board member.
Previously, the board of Prime Holding decided to appoint Moustafa Abdel Monem Hassan El-Hayawan as a new board member, replacing Osama Abdel Moneim Mahmoud who submitted his resignation.
