Paper Home to transfer shares from Nomu to Main Market

Riyadh — Mubasher: Paper Home Company’s board of directors approved the company’s transition from the Nomu Parallel Market to the Tadawul Main Market during a meeting held on 6 September.

The decision aligns with the updated listing rules issued under the Capital Market Authority (CMA) board resolution number 2-135-2025, dated 24 November 2025.

The company has appointed Wathiq Financial as the financial advisor to manage the transition process and file the necessary application with the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

This strategic move is intended to enhance the company's visibility and liquidity by joining the primary exchange.

The transition remains subject to formal approval from Tadawul and is contingent upon the company fulfilling all regulatory requirements and conditions stipulated in the listing rules.

Paper Home stated it will disclose any material developments regarding the transfer process as they occur.

The board’s decision, finalized on 6 September, marks the initial step in the regulatory filing procedure required for the market upgrade.
