Cairo - Mubasher: The Arab Dairy Products Company (Panda) stated that Summu Consulting raised its stake to 3.25% from 1.95%.
The consulting firm purchased 6.50 million shares at an average price of EGP 3.90 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the total transaction value stood at EGP 25.36 million.
It is worth noting that Pioneers Securities acted as the broker for the equity purchase transaction.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Panda reported EGP 188.88 million in consolidated net losses after tax, against net profits after tax worth EGP 143.14 million in 9M-24.
