Riyadh — Mubasher: Pan Gulf Marketing Company recently announced that its board of directors approved the formation of the audit committee for a new term.
The new committee session commenced on 19 September 2026 and is scheduled to run for a duration of four years concluding on 18 September 2030, according to a bourse filing.
The board appointed Omar bin Mohammed Al Hoshan as the Chairman of the committee.
Al Hoshan is a certified public accountant with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial planning.
The committee also includes Osama Saleh Ibrahim Al Hadithi and Mustafa Ahmed Jamal Abdul Latif as members, who bring over 30 years of professional experience to the committee.
Al Hadithi currently serves as the head of the audit department at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, while Abdul Latif holds the position of head of governance, risk, and compliance at the Saudi Investment Recycling Company.
The Audit Committee appointments coincided with the start of the new board of directors' cycle.
