Riyadh — Mubasher: Pan Gulf Marketing Company announced the board of directors' decision to appoint its leadership and form internal committees for a new four-year term, according to a bourse filing.
The appointments follow the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) held on 19 August 2026, where shareholders elected the board members.
The board has named Abdullah Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Mana, a non-executive member, as Chairman of the Board.
Khalid Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Babtain, an executive member, was appointed Vice Chairman.
Additionally, the board confirmed the appointments of Omar Mohammed Hamad Al Houshan and Thamer Mohammed Abdulrahman bin Muammar as independent directors.
Abdullah Ahmed Ali Al Hakami was designated as the Secretary of the Board.
The new term officially commenced on 19 September 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 18 September 2030.
During this period, the board also appointed representatives to act on behalf of the company before the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).
The company noted that the formation of the audit committee would be disclosed in a separate announcement in accordance with regulatory requirements.
