Kuwait – Mubasher: Osos Holding Group Co said that its subsidiary is in the process of signing a contract for purchasing a building in Shuwaikh Industrial area in Kuwait.
The contract is worth KWD 1.02 million ($3.34 million), the company said in a bourse statement issued on Monday.
Osos said that a 10.5% annual return is expected to be generated from this deal.
