Riyadh – Mubasher: Osool & Bakheet Investment Company has signed a binding purchase agreement with Al Yousuf Group to acquire a building located in Sharjah in the UAE and rented to Burjeel Hospital.
The deal is valued at AED 100 million, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The company noted that the acquisition transaction came to complete the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) that was announced on 13 October 2021. It is worth noting that the building is leased to VPS Healthcare, which is registered in Abu Dhabi.
