Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Financial Holding (OFH) lowered its stake in Beltone Financial Holding to 59.22% from 61.24%.
The transaction involved the sale of 9 million shares for EGP 21.08 million, averaging EGP 2.34 apiece, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
In the first half (H1) of 2021, Beltone Financial Holding turned to net profits of EGP 8.54 million, versus net losses of EGP 20.52 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
