Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Orascom Construction Plc approved a cash dividend of $0.2313 per share for 2020.
The shareholders authorised the board of directors to determine the record and distribution dates for the cash dividends, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
In 2020, Orascom Construction Plc reported consolidated net profits of $97.1 million, down by 26% from $131.1 million in 2019, including minority shareholders’ rights.
