Cairo – Mubasher: Orange Egypt said Sunday that the ordinary general meeting would be held to consider concluding a financing agreement with a subsidiary of Orange SA to fund the 4G license agreement, according to a bourse filing.
Orange Egypt had signed an agreement with the telecom regulator to acquire the license at $495 million.
The stock quote was placed at EGP 109.39 with a 10% rise by 10:41am Cairo time.
