Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based luxury property developer Omniyat has sold its second-most expensive penthouse in the history of UAE real estate, beating its own record back in 2017 of selling the most expensive penthouse in Dubai for AED 102 million.
The real estate company has sold its second penthouse unit in One Palm in Dubai for AED 73 million and the identity of the buyer remains private, according to a press release.
In line with the successful sale of the second penthouse, Omniyat predicts the sale of the third penthouse to beat the record once more with a price estimated between the first and second penthouse.
spanning over 20,000 square feet, the penthouse, located on the Palm Jumeirah, features breath-taking views and a luxuriously landscaped rooftop terrace with a pool designed by world-famous landscape designer Vladimir Djurovic, the release highlighted.
