Dubai – Mubasher: Oman Insurance Company’s (OIC) board proposed to pay 10% cash dividends, equivalent to 10 fils per share, according to a bourse filing.
The recommend dividends stood at a total value of AED 46.19 million.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 461.87 million, distributed on 461.87 million shares at AED 1 per share.
The shareholders will hold their ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 21 March to discuss the proposed dividends.
