Cairo - Mubasher: Oriental for Urban Development (OUD) invested about EGP 500 million in the Heliopolis Hills project in Obour City, sales director at OUD Shady El-Zayat told Mubasher.
The project is being implemented on an 18-acre land plot in the sixth district in Obour City, he added, noting that 152 villas have been sold out of a total of 164, equivalent to 90% of the project’s housing units.
OUD launched the Heliopolis Hills project during Egypt’s Cityscape real estate exhibition in March 2017.
On 1 August, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development approved the plan and the scheme of the project.
