Mubasher: Noor Financial Investment has sold it’s a stake of 8.5% in Bawabat Al Kuwait Holding Co, a company not listed on Boursa Kuwait.
The equity is valued at KWD 6.363 million ($21 million), according to a bourse statement on Monday.
Selling this stake will not have an essential impact on Noor’s financial position, the minor impact will be an increase in liquidity as well as a decline in investments.
At the stock level, Noor closed Monday’s session 1.1% lower at 53.7 fils.
