Riyadh – Mubasher: Non-Saudi investors will be allowed to subscribe to Bonyan REIT’s units, fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital announced in a bourse filing to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
This change will be effective as of 25 November.
It is worth noting that Saudi Fransi Capital announced, last May, the distribution of SAR 52.12 million worth of cash dividends to the unitholders of Bonyan REIT for a six-month period.
