Cairo – Mubasher: Fathallah Fawzy ,Chairman of El Mostakbal for Urban Development, said he completed the establishment of Mena for Real Estate Development Consultations Co., with authorized and paid-in capital of EGP 10 million and EGP 2.5 million respectively.
The firm will be specialized in providing consultations for real estate development companies as well as preparing projects' feasibility studies, added Fawzy on the sideline of Cityscape Egypt exhibition.
The new entity has signed recently an agreement with Abraj Misr to provide professional advisory services and to develop the strategies related to its real estate projects, noted the chairman.
