National Water Company implements projects in Jeddah for SAR 2bn

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's National Water Company (NWC) said it implemented 31 sewage network projects in Jeddah city between 2019 and 2020 for more than SAR 2 billion.

The projects came to serve 59 districts across Jeddah. The achievement has helped enhance the water service system provided by NWC to its customers, improved the company’s operational efficiency, and removed environmental damage for over 500,000 persons, according to a press release on Monday.

The national water firm is committed to execute more environmental projects and increase service coverage rates to more districts in the city, as part of its strategic plans and programmes aimed at improving the water and environmental system in the governorate in realisation of the Vision 2030 goals.
