Mubasher: National Investments Co has filed a lawsuit against the Kuwaiti company CapCorp Investment, which operates an investment by National Investments in Bahrain.
The financial impact of this legal case on National Investments’ income statements cannot be determined until the final ruling is issued, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy that National Investments has a capital standing at KWD 87.62 million ($289.2 million).
