Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Building and Marketing Company has renewed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire a 50% stake in German Saudi Company for Industry for SAR 200 million.
The MoU has been extended for an additional three months until 20 March 2020, according to a stock exchange filing on Sunday.
Noteworthy to mention, the MoU was signed last February and was renewed twice in June and September due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
