Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Building and Marketing Company’s board of directors approved naming Meshaal bin Abdul Rahman AlOqla as the company’s new CEO.
The appointment decision will come into effect on 8 February 2021. AlOqla holds a Master's degree in business administration from Pennsylvania's University of Shippensburg and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Umm Al-Qura University, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Last week, the board accepted the resignation of the previous CEO, Mohammed Saleh Abdulazez Alawad.
During the six-month period ended on 31 March 2020, National Building reported SAR 2.1 million in net profits, an annual drop of 75.3%.
