Riyadh – Mubasher: Naseej International Trading Company on Monday submitted a request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for a capital increase by way of a rights issue.
Wasatah Capital has been appointed as the offering’s financial adviser, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
In September, Naseej International’s board recommended reducing the company’s capital and then raising it by SAR 150 million via a rights issue.
