Naseej International announces resignation of board member

Riyadh – Mubasher: Naseej International Trading Company announced the resignation of independent board member Yasser bin Suleiman Al Aqeel from the board of directors and its subcommittees.

The resignation was submitted on 28 September 2026 and is scheduled to take effect on 30 September.

According to a regulatory filing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), Al Aqeel cited personal circumstances as the reason for his departure. He had served as a member of the board since 16 July 2024.

The company’s board of directors expressed its appreciation to Al Aqeel for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the firm.

Naseej International Trading did not immediately name a successor to fill the upcoming vacancy on the board.
