Riyadh — Mubasher: Naba Alsaha Medical Services Company has approved 11 change orders related to electrical works for its ongoing project with Arabian Technical Al Kayan Contracting Company.
The variations are valued at SAR 10.33 million, excluding value-added tax. Following these adjustments, the total value of the contract has increased to SAR 121.28 million.
The company also confirmed an extension of the project execution period.
Under the new schedule, the expected operational date for all project components is set for 31 January 2027, with the initial handover scheduled for 28 February 2027. This update follows the original contract signing announced on 25 March 2025.
Management attributed the cost revisions and timeline adjustments to fluctuating raw material prices and rising shipping costs driven by geopolitical conditions.
The decision, made in coordination with the project’s supervising consultant, also aims to accelerate completion to ensure the facility opens in early 2027.
Naba Alsaha stated it will disclose any further material developments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
