NMDC, ADNOC L&S ink 3-year offshore agreement

Abu Dhabi - Mubaher: National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) and ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) have signed a three-year agreement to deliver maritime services for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi.

The agreement sets a framework for collaboration in offshore engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects and integrated logistics, according to a press release.

Yasser Zaghloul, CEO of NMDC Group, said: “This agreement will ensure a robust framework between our two powerhouse organizations that will enable us to focus on synergies across the different sectors in which NMDC Group and ADNOC L&S operate to propel collaboration, market sector differentiation and value growth that will further strengthen the critical industrial marine sector in Abu Dhabi and beyond.”

Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S, added: “By combining our expertise with NMDC, we will create new opportunities, deliver value to ADNOC, our shareholders and our customers, and advance the UAE’s economic development.”

In the first half (H1) of 2025, NMDC achieved 20% higher net profits valued at AED 1.75 billion, compared with AED 1.46 billion in H1-24.

As of 30 June 2025, ADNOC L&S generated an annual rise of 5% in net profits to $420.38 million, against  $401.38 million.
