Cairo – Mubasher: NI Capital, the investment arm of the National Investment Bank (NIB), will launch several investment funds in the next few days to attract more local and foreign investments, the Egypian Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Hala El-Saeed, said.
El-Saeed met with the CEO of the company, Mohamed Metwali, to review the company’s activities during the second quarter (Q2) of fiscal year 2020/2021, including the acquisition of the online brokerage firm Arabeya Online, according to a statement on Monday.
The financial services firm is expanding in promoting and managing the public offerings of investment assets to help achieve the financial inclusion programme which will enable individuals and institutions invest in the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), she pointed out.
