Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) of National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) has approved distributing cash dividends to shareholders at 8% (SAR 0.8 per share).
The dividends amount to a total of SAR 34 million, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Eligibility of dividends will be for shareholders at the end of trading on 25 December, and as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
Moreover, distributing the dividends will begin on 14 January 2020.
