Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) said it has fulfilled all conditions and obtained necessary approvals to buy 100% of the share capital of Refan Company for Operation and Maintenance Limited, a related party, at SAR 946,000.
Hence, the ownership of the entire share capital in Refan Company was transferred to NCLE, and Refan’s memorandum of association (MoA) was amended accordingly, NCLE said in a statement to the Saudi bourse on Thursday.
On 28 October 2020, NCLE signed a share purchase agreement to fully acquire Refan Company.
