Cairo - Mubasher: The shareholders of National Company for Housing for Professional Syndicates (NCH El-Watania) greenlighted cash dividends worth EGP 56 million, representing 35% of its capital, for 2025.
NCH El-Watania will distribute a dividend of EGP 3.50 per share over two tranches, according to a bourse filing.
The first tranche, representing 5%, will amount to EGP 8 million.
Furthermore, the second installment, accounting for 30%, will total EGP 48 million.
It is worth noting that the distribution will be made no later than 29 December 2026.
