Riyadh – Mubasher: NCB Capital Company will distribute SAR 44.69 million worth of cash dividends to the unitholders of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) for the period from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2020.
At SAR 0.325 per unit, the distributions will be to 137.5 million existing units, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
Furthermore, the dividends represent 3.25% of the unit’s initial price and 3.28% of the net asset value (NAV) based on the fair value as of 31 December 2020.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of Monday, 15 February 2021, end of the trading day on Thursday, 11 February 2021.
The dividends will be paid within nine business days post the maturity date.
