UAE - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has carried out development projects in different vital sectors worth around AED 10.3 billion since the beginning of 2020, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
One of Musanada's projects is the 410-home Al Mirfa Beach Villa Housing Complex, implemented over 2.2 million square metres at a total value of AED 1.2 billion.
Meanwhile, the company has developed 14 land plots and set up roads and infrastructure works at a cost of AED 792.6 million.
As for the health sector, the service company has also built New Al Ain Hospital in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) at a value exceeding AED 4.4 billion.
In addition, three courts are being constructed for the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) in Madinat Zayed, Mussafah, and Al Rahba.
