Riyadh – Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company announced a dividend payout of SAR 8.85 million to the unitholders of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund for the period from 1 April to 30 June 2021.
Eligible unitholders will receive SAR 0.13 per unit, with the number of units eligible for distribution standing at 68.1 million, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The entitlement date will be on 29 July, while the distribution date will be within 15 business days from it.
Mulkia Investment announced earlier this year a dividend distribution of SAR 6.81 million to the REIT fund unitholders for the period from 1 October to 31 December 2020.
