Cairo – Mubasher: Mubasher International Trade for Securities (MubasherTrade) came among the top 10 brokerage firms in terms of the trading value on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) during 2020.
Mubasher came in the eighth position, acquiring 2.9% or EGP 18.24 billion of the total trading value through the exchange of 7.44 billion shares.
The Financial Brokerage Group topped the list with a turnover of EGP 74.37 billion, making up 11.9% of the total traded value, through the exchange of 7.6 billion shares.
Hermes Securities Brokerage landed the second position, acquiring 8.1% or EGP 50.73 billion of total turnover, followed by the Commercial International Brokerage Company with EGP 48.008 billion, Beltone Securities Brokerage with EGP 36.88 billion, and Pioneers Securities with EGP 35.13 billion.
Pharos Securities Brokerage ranked sixth with EGP 33.92 billion, followed by Arqaam Securities Brokerage with EGP 20.86 billion, while Arabeya Online Securities and Sigma Securities Brokerage made up EGP 18.14 billion and EGP 17.06 billion, respectively.
