Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Mouwasat Medical Services Company gave the green light for the board’s recommendation to pay SAR 2.5 per share as a cash dividend for 2020 starting 9 May, according to a disclosure on Sunday.
The company will distribute a total of SAR 250 million which represents 25% of the capital to the entitled shareholders.
Mouwasat’s board proposed the dividend payout last February after the company had achieved a net profit of SAR 528 million in 2020.
