Moro Hub partners with US Facilio to foster UAE's energy saving strategies

UAE - Mubasher: Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, has partnered with the US-based Facilio, an AI-driven property operations cloud platform, to introduce energy management and monitoring services to the commercial and residential buildings in the UAE.

The new services will enable Dubai and the UAE to strengthen their next level energy-saving strategies, according to a press release on Sunday.

The cloud-based services will ensure asset reliability and cut energy-related operational costs by allowing asset owners to control their digitised energy and assets network to efficiently manage power in buildings.

Moro Hub, one of Dubai's 10X enablers, is a next-generation data hub aiming to drive the digital transformation of society by reinforcing its expertise, capabilities, and alliances.

The Vice-Chairman of Moro Hub, Marwan bin Haidar, said: "Through this platform, we seek to highlight the role of technologies in maximising power utilisation in various infrastructures, including buildings, and minimising electricity consumption through higher operational efficiency of key structures and facilities."

Meanwhile, the Founder and CEO of Facilio, Prabhu Ramachandran, commented: "This cloud-based service will unify disparate building systems and enable a modern, data-driven model of property operations to improve building performance in real-time and meet sustainability goals."
