Mobily registers SAR 3.4bn profits in 2025; dividends for H2 unveiled

Riyadh - Mubasher: Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) posted 11.55% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits attributable to the owners at SAR 3.46 billion in 2025, compared to SAR 3.10 billion.

The earnings per share (EPS) climbed to SAR 4.51 last year from SAR 4.03 in 2024, according to the annual consolidated financial results.

Mobily achieved revenues amounting to SAR 19.64 billion as of 31 December 2025, higher by 7.89% YoY than SAR 18.20 billion.

This growth, which builds on the company’s nine-month solid performance, is attributed to the expansion of all revenue streams, with a healthy growth in the overall subscriber base.

Cash Dividends

The company’s board decided to distribute interim cash dividends worth SAR 1.22 billion to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2025.

The group will pay out a dividend of SAR 1.60, equivalent to 16% of the share’s nominal value, for 767.50 million eligible shares.

Eligibility and disbursement dates will be 24 February and 9 March 2026, respectively.
