Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Misr El Gadida for Housing and Development approved disbursing cash dividends valued at EGP 1.78 billion for 2025.
The dividend amount will be paid in two equal installments of EGP 0.22 per share, according to a bourse disclosure.
The first installment shall be paid within one month from the date of the general assembly meeting of 2 May, and the second installment shall be paid during December 2026.
In January, the company settled a 710,000-square-meter (m²) disputed area in New Heliopolis City by paying the remaining EGP 96 million.
