Riyadh - Mubasher: The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MedGulf) announced the resignation of non-executive board member Munira bint Saleh Al Suwaidani.
The resignation, which was submitted and became effective on 4 October 2026, was attributed to personal reasons.
Al Suwaidani held several key leadership positions within the company’s governance structure, serving as the Chairperson of the Risk Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Her tenure on the board of directors began on 8 May 2025.
The company's board of directors expressed its appreciation for Al Suwaidani’s contributions and efforts during her period of membership and her leadership of the specialized committees.
No immediate replacement was named in the regulatory filing to fill the vacated board seat or committee positions.
