Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian National Programme for Community, Human, and Local Development (Mashroak) has financed about 11,360 micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with EGP 1.166 billion in the Beni Suef Governorate since May 2015, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Monday, citing the Governor Mohamed Hany Ghoneim as saying.
These MSMEs have created nearly 14,522 jobs, Ghoneim added.
Mashroak comes under the framework of the Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) initiative to finance MSMEs with soft loans.
